Jarvisium isolates each user's data: access to recordings, transcripts, and memory is scoped by account ID. We do not sell your conversations or use them for advertising.
Data is processed to provide the AI secretary: transcription, long-term memory, briefings, reminders, support, and service security.
User data is partitioned. Memory and file queries run in your user-ID context. Other users cannot access your memory.
Recording starts when you initiate it (manual, calendar prompt, or VAD confirmation). You are responsible for legality and notifying participants where required in your jurisdiction.
Memory retention depends on your plan (e.g. 30 / 90 days, or unlimited on Elite). Request account and data deletion via hello@jarvisium.com.
Infrastructure and processing may include cloud or local ASR/LLM components needed to run the product. We do not sell personal data. Disclosure may occur when required by law or to perform the service with your consent.
